Life isn't meant to be easy- for it allows us to grow.
"I have often said one of the greatest secrets of missionary work is work! If a missionary works, he will get the Spirit; and if he gets the Spirit, he will teach by the Spirit; and if he teaches by the Spirit, he will touch the hearts of the people and he will be happy. There will be no homesickness, no worrying about families, for all time and talents and interests are centered on the work of the ministry. Work, work, work -- there is no satisfactory substitute, especially in missionary work."
- President Ezra Taft Benson
I was so touched by the kind texts, messages, pictures and gifts from all my children through out the WORLD.
I LOVE YOU ALL!!!

"Every morning..., missionaries should get on their knees and plead with the Lord to loosen their tongues and speak through them to the blessing of those they will be teaching. If they will do this, a new light will come into their lives. There will be greater enthusiasm for the work. They will come to know that in a very real sense, they are servants of the Lord speaking in His behalf. They will find a different response from those they teach. As they do so by the Spirit, their investigators will respond under the influence of the same Spirit."
- President Gordon B Hinckley

......This week we were able to find one new family while
we were contacting in one area where we have not investigators, we knocked
their door and after presenting ourselves they leaved us to join in their
house. We shared a short message and we invited them to baptism, they accepted
the invitation and they are very excited to learn more. This week we went to
visit them with one member a recent convert, we did not know that he knew this
family. It was a nice experience!.....

animadas. queremos seguir trabajando!!!.....

"Did someone give him his medication today?"
I love our Elder De La Cruz (bike helmet) he was our very first arriving missionary here in Mexico.
Hey there little chicken... it's fast Sunday. So probably not a safe time for you to be running around on the church lawn.
Are these Hermana's from Mision Mexico Pachuca or from Jamaica ?

District - Zone- and Birthday Celebrations
SO MUCH FUN!!!
Oh NO.... not my sweet Hermana Bailey!
When we commit to talk to EVERYONE- we take it SERIOUS!
This Wednesday we say farewell to 11 Hermana's who have made a significant impact in the Mision Mexico Pachuca. We are so grateful for their service here in Mexico and it may be an emotional goodbye!
So this is so funny.... I called these Elders 15 minutes out from their house letting them know my status. I was double checking their emergency funds and 4 required medications and garbage disposal from previous house checks. I pull down this street and I see two Elders (speed walking) towards their house as fast as their legs can go- with a little white bag in their hands! Then they turned around and realized it was me and there reaction was hilarious!!!
I love and appreciate them for having their emergency funds, garbage disposed of, and required medications in HAND (LITERALLY).
They didn't mind my return too much because I came bringing mail and a big box from "GRANDMA".... thank you so much for sending boxes to our missionaries!
Makes their entire week....
Dropped off mail here and the mission vacuum for another set of Elders and found all well in this house hold! Laundry was even hanging out on their front clothes line! Impressed!!!
Another celebration of a successful mission for one of the eleven sisters leaving this week! Thanks to her great district for their efforts...
Pizza and Root beer----- doesn't get better than this!
Business meeting with President...and now all headed to the bus station with their zones pouch!
Good times and great memories!

Remember When??? One year ago-
We love this blog so much! Thanks for all the time and effort that it takes every week. We love to watch all the missionaries and are learning their names and faces to the point that we feel like we almost know them all. Is that SNOW on the lawn in that picture of the courtyard? Many prayers and much love sent you way!
